Vocational Rehabilitation Case Management Services
Roger A. Thrush, Ph.D., is a Nationally Board Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) and a Master Career Counselor (MCC). At the request of workers' compensation, disability, and retirement benefit providers, employers, and attorneys a wide range of vocational rehabilitation case management services are provided in accordance with the governing benefit guidelines.

Roger A. Thrush, Ph.D., is recognized as a job analysis expert. He has developed a thorough and efficient methodology that includes going to the jobsite to observe the work and interview knowledgeable individuals about the work being analyzed. He was one of the first to include photos of the job and accurate weights and measurements obtained with scales and measuring devices, of the physical demand aspects of the job in his job analysis reports. Job analyses are utilized by employers, health care professionals and insurance carriers to identify the demands of a specific position and/or occupation at a place of employment.
